Will not let me finish quest

I am stuck because 2 quest arent working. I emailed them and sent screen shots a month ago. All I got was "were working on it". I sent another one with both quests again and nothing. I paid for stuffing quests and then they cant fix something. Just like when I hit a new phone they would transfer the game I had played way past where I am now!! I would not recommend spending money on this game
