Unable to play

**update**
Still unable to play...wont even open...only gets to 29% and quits loading.... Fix this please

Before this recent update it was a fun game..although when I deleted and reset game I never got my own house again....Ive been done with everything for about 2 months so was excited to see the new update..everything has gone downhill from there...cant even get the game to load past 30%
